As my RAK nomination I decided to drop off 3 dozens roses on Valentines Day to various senior citizens that have lost a loved one. I was initially reluctant to do this on film (video not seen here) because I felt that a random act of kindness should be done privately, but after more consideration I realized that a public act of kindness has to be done both privately and publicly, offering encouragement and validation to others to do the same.
Coaching and mentoring others is a wonderful way to give back to your community and others.
We all go through difficult times in life. Be there for someone when they're in times of difficulty.
This is something that is often overlooked. We sometimes forget that to invest in others we first have to invest in ourselves.
I will admit, ever since I created this image, I haven't went one day without letting my parents know that I love them. Time is precious, make the most of it.
Random Act of Kindness #10 - Call a family member to let them know how much you appreciate them.
This is an easy one! Random act of kindness #9 - When going somewhere, offer to pickup or drop off something for friend or stranger.
When you do this, the smile on their face makes you want to do it again.

#5. Write a positive note about someone who has given you great service, and send it to their boss.
